Greg
President
Greg took over leadership of Allied Hydromulch in May 2024 with a vision to build on the company’s long-standing reputation for quality and reliability. His focus is on strengthening partnerships with contractors, expanding operations across the region, and continuing to grow the business while maintaining the high standards Allied Hydromulch has been known for since 1990.
Ray
Superintendent
Ray has been with Allied Hydromulch since 1992, bringing more than three decades of field experience and operational knowledge to the team. As Superintendent, he oversees project execution and ensures that every job meets Allied’s standards for quality and reliability. Outside of work, Ray enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors, including hunting, fishing, kayaking, and hiking.
Josh
Field Operations
Josh joined the team in September 2009 and takes great pride in maintaining high customer satisfaction and delivering quality work on every project. He enjoys the challenge of continuously improving and working on projects in different locations. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, long walks, sport shooting, leisurely bike rides, and pushing himself to always do better.
Patrick
Field Operations
Patrick joined Allied Hydromulch in July 2021 and enjoys being part of a hardworking team that takes pride in delivering quality results. He especially likes working outdoors and seeing the progress of each project from start to finish. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors with his four daughters.
Kristine
Executive Assistant
Kristine joined Allied Hydromulch in August 2025 as Greg’s Executive Assistant. She supports the operational and administrative side of the business, helping streamline processes and remove day-to-day distractions so Greg can focus on strategically growing the company and strengthening client relationships.
